After purchasing SEO Studio the license Information not delivered

QUESTION: I purchased your software online today and received my receipt (email #1) from your credit card processing service. I have never received a license or any other email from you (email#2). ANSWER: The license key is sent to you immediately after the purchase conformation is sent. We had many customers reporting they did not receive the license key but they did receive the purchase conformation. In all of these cases when the license key was not delivered, it was due to email Spam filters blocking the license key email. You should check your bulk, or Spam email folder to see if your license information got routed there. You can also resend the license information to your email address by clicking on the Account menu and go to the Enter License info screen. Click on the button name Forgot Password and License Key and enter your email address. You should receive the license information within a few minutes.
