Hello! My PC is working with windows XP (original) and I should do a ranking report for 35 keywords, in every Italian search Engine. After starting the rankin report, 1 minute later the program crashes with an error...
In Viewer events of windows I see this:

Application that caused the error seostudio.exe, version 2.9.0.1, module that caused the error ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.5755, error addres 0x000101b3.

If I try to do the report with 3 search engine the program works!

ANYONE CAN HELP ME!

I've been having the same problem. The answer is to not check MSN / Bing / Live engines.

Hi Chaps,

We are also running Windows XP and are experiencing the same problems as nicoevo.

The ntdll.dll is creating problems.

We are only reporting on the big 3 engines - Google, MSN(Bing), and Yahoo.

The error message has gotten so frequent that we now run Google separate from MSN(Bing) and Yahoo.
This gets us around the problem most times but it still occurs.

Don't know what else to do about it, but it is rather inconvenient, having the reports split in this fashion.

It seems to be OK when we run proxies from the UK or US (we are in AUS) apart from the latency times of queries which sometimes time-out.

Any one got any suggestions?

Hi,

The Bing issue should be resolved now with the new 3.5.7 version release. Please download this small patch to update.
This was a difficult problem to track down as we were not able to replicated it on 4 test PCs running XP, Vista, Windows 7 and 2008 server. http://www.trendmx.com/products/SEOStud … Update.exe

Hi,

We have identified this issue on certain XP PCs with service pack 2-3 installed. We were not able to replicate the crash on our test PCs with a clean installation of XP service pack 2-3. This led us to believe certain MS patches must contribute to the crash, including the version of IE being used.
The only workaround is to install SEO Studio on windows 7 or vista PC.

Hi guys I just want to ask because I have a problem with my computer search engine Mozilla. Every time I used it it crashes. My Mozilla crashes but my Google chrome does not. What is the problem of Mozilla. Some times my flash player crasher also and i need to refresh it.
